Office goes through configuration process every time I open an – Microsoft Community.
This clearly is not fit for the use it was intended and according to my consumer rights you should be fixing this or replacing it with a serviceable product. Help anyone please!!!! This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.

Ran it again after reinstalling Office, still no joy. That is when I clicked the link to contact the support team to find I would be charged for the honour.

The applications themselves run in the background just fine, but then Office takes over and prevents me from using them until the configuration process has finished.
