Funmi Longe is a Finance and Admin manager in YEFNigeria. She has over 10years experience in Finance and Administration and currently the long serving YEF staff. She is a HND and PGD certificate holder in Business Administration. As a finance and admin manager, she analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, clearly communicate monthly and annual financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting. She also coordinate and lead the annual audit process, administer and review all financial plans and budgets, liaise with external auditors, oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Head of Departments (HOD’s) and the Executive Secretary (ES). She further work closely and transparently with all external partners including third party vendors and consultants, oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organisation scales.
