OluwaSeunFunmi Arasi Is the YEF M/E officer. She studied Psychology as a first degree course and also holds masters degree in Public Health (Population and Reproductive Health Education) both from University of Ibadan. At YEF, she conducts regular visits to project sites to carry out process monitoring as well as gather feedback from the beneficiary community/school about the implemented projects and submit a detail report about the activities. She also compiles comprehensive final project evaluations report based on information retrieved from the database and field, draft project specific M&E plans/tools to be included in grant development and also coordinate with Programme staff to obtain field data pertinent to each indicator outlined in the project M&E plans. She Identifies and document success stories and case studies on extraordinary aspects of any YEF projects. She Supports the Programmes department in the collection of additional information from the field as required in projects.
Tony Eleme is a social scientist who holds a B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Sociology from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He also holds a Diploma in Social Work have over four (4) years working experience in social development and Programmes work particularly in the areas of research, data analysis, youth mentoring, social media, sexual and reproductive health, child and maternal health, HIV/AIDS etc. Tony is currently the YEF social media manager and also a Programme officer. He has a research interests in Sociology of medicine, Political Sociology, Social Research methods and crime studies.
Tolulope Osoba is a Programme manager at Yefnigeria with over 10 years experience in programme planning, execution and counselling. She had her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State,(Now, Ekiti State University) and a Masters in Social Work from the Lagos State University. She has written and coordinated several proposals and has managed and executed outstandingly many projects and programmes with her YEF team. She is a certified counsellor, (a face-to-face and hotline counsellor), an ardent supporter of child rights and gender equality. She has attended several seminars and conferences at national, international level and a fellow of the Sexuality Leadership Development Fellowship. She has rendered free services to the aged, the homeless, abused children, orphans, girls and have volunteered at various orphanages and homes
Ugwuoke Oliver Osita studied Political Science from Enugu State University of Technology, Enugu, Nigeria. Presently he works with the YEF’s M/E department. Osita has 4 years experience in programmes work. Because of his diligent and passionate in his work while building the leadership capacity of youths through sports and life skill, he was invited for seminar on Goal Project at Kampala Uganda where he was thought on how to use sports to teach life skills to young people in areas of Gender Based Violence (GBV), Leadership, HIV/AIDS etc. Presently he works with the YEF’s M/E team in designing, conducting evaluations, baselines and endlines, data gathering/analyses and also work passionately as a field officer.
Ife-Ajayi T. Odunayo is a programme officer at YEF with four (4) years experience. She is a Health Promotion and Education specialist with a Masters degree in Public Health from University of Ibadan. Her first degree was in Physiology. She has researched extensively in social medicine, child health and tropical diseases. Part of her work in YEF is project supervision/monitoring, proposal writing, field monitor, data gathering and entry. She is a mentor and a facilitator per excellence.
Funmi Longe is a Finance and Admin manager in YEFNigeria. She has over 10years experience in Finance and Administration and currently the long serving YEF staff. She is a HND and PGD certificate holder in Business Administration. As a finance and admin manager, she analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, clearly communicate monthly and annual financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting. She also coordinate and lead the annual audit process, administer and review all financial plans and budgets, liaise with external auditors, oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Head of Departments (HOD’s) and the Executive Secretary (ES). She further work closely and transparently with all external partners including third party vendors and consultants, oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organisation scales.
